Frequently Asked Questions

1) Do I need prior experience?

No. Our Beginner track covers safety, tools, substrate checks, and small-format practice before larger installations.

2) What tools are required?

At minimum: tape, square, level, trowels, spacers, mixing paddle, and PPE. Advanced modules list specialty tools like panel racks, manual cutters, and wet saws.

3) How do online workshops simulate job sites?

We use staged builds, detailed camera angles, and post-lesson practice sheets. Live cohorts include coach critique via photos and short clips from your practice area.

4) Do you offer certification?

Yes. Course assessments earn Studiora Verde Certificates of Completion. We align with common industry standards and reference TCNA/EN methods where relevant.

5) Can my crew train together?

Absolutely. We run private cohorts and on-site workshops. Contact us to tailor modules to your scopes and schedule.

6) What is the refund policy?

Self-paced: 7-day refund if under 20% progress. Live cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start, then pro-rated. Workshops: transferable to another date if requested 72 hours prior.

7) Do you cover waterproofing?

Yes. We teach sheet and liquid membranes, flood tests, and transitions to drains, windows, and niches.

8) How much time should I budget per week?

Most learners invest 3–5 hours weekly. Workshops add a single intensive day. Live cohorts meet once a week for feedback and Q&A.
